So here it is, The first day of the weight loss challenge. We just had our check-ins. I’m weighing in at 226.8lbs and 27.3% body fat. My goal is 190lbs and 13% body fat. That’s a 14.3% decrease in body fat and 36.8lbs, or 2.83lbs per week.
That’s my absolute goal. I don’t know if I can get there in 3 months, but I’m sure going to try.
