As I hoped, I ventured to the W&OD on Sunday evening, starting in Purcellville.  It was day one of week 2 of Couch to 10K.  It was a gorgeous day!  I completed the couch workout and walked briskly another 10 minutes; resulting in 4.2 miles in total.  The best part of this workout was that my FitBit did NOT let me down.  Obsessed with daily steps, I know exactly the number of steps it takes ME to walk and run a mile (yes, I’ve literally counted this out).  My FitBit was right on!  I went 20,000 steps in total on Sunday 😉  The worst part was that my ankles were KILLIN’ me on Monday.  I had to wear my flat slipper like shoes to work (but back in heels today)!

Going to hit the work gym tonight so that I can cross off my list BEFORE getting home to my army.
